Unfortunately, Shock Wave Fashion does not offer refunds. Only returns for store credit will be accepted. Please read below for instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return requests will only be eligable for store credit within 7 days of the item(s) arriving with you (according to tracking details)
To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be in their original condition. This means they must be brand new, unwashed, tag attached (if any.) They must also be in their original packaging.
Items excluded from returns include:
1. Sale items or any item purchased with a discount of 20% or more. This includes flash sales, daily deals & promo codes.
2. Accessories, jewellery, under garments and swimwear

Please allow 3/4 business days for a reply. Once we recieve your request we will send you instructions on where to send to and how to finsh your return.
Please note: Custmomers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is recieved, inspected and approved, you will be issued with a store credit and notified via email. Your store credit will consist of the total amount spent on the item(s) minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
